The place was spotless with a welcoming family vibe; especially liked the affordable family room with three beds for single occupancy and its amenities.

Had facilities needed in my twin room, including an electric kettle, climate control and a cable TV. My breakfast was sensational with many foreigners...

Our neat room was complete with massive single beds. The location was great and absolutely perfect, staff were attentive. Pudong district was worth staying in. The restaurant here was good, we both ordered light dishes.

The hotel is fairly clean and reliable. The breakfast is excellent and fine. The room is extremely pleasant and good-sized. The bathroom is clean. Check-in is painless. Prices are reasonable. Free internet and on-site parking are available. The location is favorable and convenient, right next door to Pudong. It is the venue of choice in Shanghai.

It has shuttle bus from and to the airport.

Location right by shops, food and park, and downtown Shanghai. Extremely pleasant and good sized room, a bath tub and a shower in the room. Painless check-in, easy check-out

This place is spotless, and its location is fantastic! 😊 It's right by the airport, and they offer a convenient shuttle service. the breakfast is delicious, and you can easily access downtown, the subway, or the city center from here.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the touristic places, the international airport and local buses. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Pudong district. Appreciated climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and an electric kettle in the room...

The staff here are incredibly accommodating and the location is great and perfect, making it my top choice whenever I visit.

Its a nice hotel. Other then hotel shuttle bus communication every thing fine.

No communication by email. I requested to guide me how I get the shuttle bus service through email but never got any response. It was hard to find where is the bus stop. Luckily I was with friend who knows chinese helped me to call hotel reception ^ then connected the bus driver

This place is pretty reliable and mostly clean, plus it's in a great spot near the airport. 🌟 You get breakfast included with a voucher, which is a nice touch. Overall, a solid choice for a trip.

It is just 15 min from the hotel to the Pudong Airport and good as a transit hotel. Very clean.

As I mentioned, it is just 15 min from the hotel to the Pudong Airport but it took for me to 1 hour to arrive at the hotel by taxi because taxi driver didn't know where the hotel is located. Taxi driver called the hotel phone number and then finally he found out where it is and I got to the hotel. I strongly recommend you to bring confrimation letter in Chinese. Otherwise, you cannot reach the hotel by taxi.
